DESCRIPTION:  \n2023 General Membership Meeting and Nominations for the 2024 election. \nDate: Wednesday\, October 11\, 2023 \nLocation: Main Club House \nStarting Time: 7:00pm \n  \nAs a current member in good standing\, you are invited and encouraged to participate in this annual event. Several important topics will be discussed as outlined in the agenda below. \nTo participate\, you will need to wear your Club ID and will be required to sign in at the door. \nWe will start promptly at 7:00 pm. To proceed with this meeting\, we will need a quorum of 25 members in attendance. \n Doors will be closed at 7:00 pm so please plan to arrive early to sign in. \nMeeting Agenda: \n\nPresident’s Report & Miscellaneous Topics\nNominating committee report\nNominations from the floor for the 2024 Board of Director positions (Election day is 11/1/23). \n\nPlease Note: Any Senior Range Member\, Senior Citizen Member\, Limited Range Member or Gold Card Member\, when duly seconded by another qualified Member\, may put forward a nominee for election to a board position. \nThe nominee must be present at the meeting to accept the nomination and be prepared to validate their identity with picture ID. Qualifications for All elected officers include being either a Senior Range Member\, Senior Citizen Member\, Limited Range Member or Gold Card Member in good standing and\, additionally\, must be a current Range Officer. \n\nAttendees will be allowed to make a public comment or pose a question to the current Board of Directors. (Limited to 3 minutes per submission)\n\nPlease save the date and we look forward to seeing you.
