This is notice of the 2026 General Membership Meeting and Nominations for the 2027 Officers.

Date: Wednesday, October 14, 2025

Location: Main Club House

Starting Time: 7:00pm (Make sure to arrive BEFORE 7:00 PM to sign in)

Current members in good standing are invited and encouraged to participate in this annual event. Several important topics are planned as covered in the agenda below.

To participate, you will need to wear your Club ID and will be required to sign in at the door.

We will start promptly at 7:00 pm. To proceed with this meeting, we will need a quorum of 25 members in attendance.

Doors will be CLOSED at 7:00 pm so please plan to arrive early to sign in.

Meeting Agenda:

• State of the Club Update
• Miscellaneous Topics
• Nominating Committee Report
• Nominations from the floor for the 2027 Board of Director Positions (Election day is 11/3/26).

Nomination Process:

Any Adult Member, Senior Member, Limited Member or Gold Card Member, when duly seconded by another qualified Member, may put forward a nominee for election to a board position.

The nominee must be present at this meeting to accept the nomination and be prepared to validate their identity with picture ID.

Note: Qualifications for All elected positions include being either an Adult Member, Senior Member, Limited Member or Gold Card Member in good standing and the nominee must be a current Range Officer.

The list of all nominees will be communicated via the club’s email platform and will be posted in the clubhouse prior to the November 6th election.

Attendees will be allowed to make a public comment or pose a question to the current Board of Directors. (Please limited comments/ discussions to 3 minutes.)
