Membership information and prices are provided here on this website. Applications are only available by visiting our Club House Office in person during club business hours. Our friendly staff will guide you through the quick and hassle-free completion process, ensuring that you’re ready to enjoy all the exciting opportunities that await you as a member.

Application Instructions
- Current photo identification with current address must be submitted. A copy of your current driver’s license must be attached to the application. ALL adults on a Family membership application must submit a driver’s license, complete the police record, print, sign and date.
- $40.00 Application fee required immediately and is for any and all reasons non-refundable.
- Office staff must witness you complete the police record*, sign, and date application.
*Police record question must be answered with entire history to include any DUI, ARD, or Expungement. False or any and all undisclosed information will terminate application and may be cause for denial. A denied application for membership prohibits any and all access to DCF&S in the future, including as a guest.
After the above steps have been completed:
- READ THE RANGE RULE BOOK!! Along with the application you will be given a Range Rule book.
- Indicate on the membership form the type of membership for which you are applying…see reverse side for detail relative to membership types.
- Provide and maintain a current email address on file with DCF&S. ALL MEMBERS MUST have a current email address on file.
- JOINING AS A FAMILY – adults need not have the same last name but the addresses must match. Each adult must submit a valid driver’s license. Each adult must sign and complete their portion of the application in person. If your application is approved, ALL adults must complete an orientation class.
- You will need three endorsement signatures on your application, two of which must be current club members, the other, a current club officer.
- Submit your application to the club office as soon as possible. There are a limited number of new members accepted each month. Your application will be reviewed by the Executive Committee which meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month.
- If your application is accepted, you will be contacted by phone to schedule your orientation. General orientation classes are held on Sunday afternoons. Check-in time is 12:15 PM PROMPT. Allow 2 ½ hours to complete the orientation class.
- There are two required levels of orientation — general orientation and pistol-range orientation. All new members are required to take both. You will be issued a 60-day temporary membership card upon successful completion of the general orientation and payment of all fees… and you will then have immediate access to all ranges except pistol. You will be issued additional instructions on scheduling your pistol range specific orientation. You will not be issued a permanent membership card until you complete both. Only adults with a permanent ID are allowed guest privileges. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Applications expire 60 days after committee approval. Failure to complete the orientation requirements and make full payment within this time frame will void your application.
- If your application is denied you will receive a formal letter from the club via US MAIL and email.
2024 – 2025 New Membership Fee Schedule
Membership Type
Family – Parents or Grandparents with children/grandchildren aged 17 and under. Children/grandchildren 18 years and older must apply separately for either a Senior Range or Limited Range membership.
Senior Range – Ages 21 – 64
Senior Citizen – Ages 65 and over.
Limited Range – Ages 18 – 20. No Pistol Range privileges unless accompanied by a member aged 21 or older.
Junior Range – Ages 17 and under, who shall have use of the facilities only under the supervision of a Senior Range member, Senior Citizen member or Gold Card member.
Conservation – No voting or range privileges.

This fee schedule allows new members joining after July 1st to pay prorated 2024 dues and all of 2025. This fee schedule includes the $60.00 initiation fee. Your membership fees under this schedule have you paid in full through 12/31/25.

Membership renewals are subject to a $40.00 late fee if not received by 12/31 of each year. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All members MUST maintain an active email address on file with DCF&S.
Membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The club is open 364 days of the year, weather permitting. All ranges are closed on Good Friday which is our designated “work party day”. Weather related closings or late openings will be communicated via email.
Club office hours are 10 AM – 4 PM every day. There are no club office hours on Easter, Thanksgiving or Christmas day.
