2023 General Membership Meeting and Nominations for the 2024 election.

Location: Main Club House

Starting Time: 7:00pm

As a current member in good standing, you are invited and encouraged to participate in this annual event. Several important topics will be discussed as outlined in the agenda below.

To participate, you will need to wear your Club ID and will be required to sign in at the door.

We will start promptly at 7:00 pm. To proceed with this meeting, we will need a quorum of 25 members in attendance.

 Doors will be closed at 7:00 pm so please plan to arrive early to sign in.

• President’s Report & Miscellaneous Topics
• Nominating committee report
• Nominations from the floor for the 2024 Board of Director positions (Election day is 11/1/23).

Please Note: Any Senior Range Member, Senior Citizen Member, Limited Range Member or Gold Card Member, when duly seconded by another qualified Member, may put forward a nominee for election to a board position.

The nominee must be present at the meeting to accept the nomination and be prepared to validate their identity with picture ID. Qualifications for All elected officers include being either a Senior Range Member, Senior Citizen Member, Limited Range Member or Gold Card Member in good standing and, additionally, must be a current Range Officer.

• Attendees will be allowed to make a public comment or pose a question to the current Board of Directors. (Limited to 3 minutes per submission)
