We had 39 participants with 8 squads. We ran 6 weeks. Shooters were challenged with 16-yard singles as well as 23-yard handicap.  Everyone was permitted to throw out their lowest scores.

We added a green bird feature where any green birds that were hit during the round earned the shooter a score bonus.

The league is a non-competitive effort to promote trap shooting, however we tried something new and introduced a competitive element with performance prizes. Prizes were awarded for best overall score, most natural straights and most green bird strikes.

A 27 Yard sudden death shoot out was needed in all three prize categories.

We run 2-3 Trap Leagues per season as well as the club championship at the end of each year and Green Bird Shoots when we can work them in.

The Trap Fields are typically open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays by volunteers from Noon to 3pm. You are encouraged to call the office before coming up on those days. Trap Fields are open on the weekends: Saturday  from 9am – 4pm and Sunday Noon – 4pm.
