If you haven’t noticed already, the spectacular new granite-based Tom Neill Memorial monument which prominently sits at the entrance to our Black Powder range was dedicated Saturday afternoon, June 21,  2025.

In attendance were many members of Tom’s family and a large gathering of club members and officers.

We are a proud bunch at DCF&S!
